€49 once. A lifetime licence with all updates.
One payment for lifetime use of the pain diary, including all updates. No monthly subscription or automatic renewal. Separately offered add-on modules are not included. Purchase and activation take place in your personal account on KimDiaryPain.com.
Your entries, protected with 256-bit encryption
Diary entries are end-to-end encrypted in your browser using AES-256-GCM and a random 256-bit content key before storage. Your separate diary password protects that key. The server receives neither the diary password nor the unencrypted content key.
Phone numbers and optional profile data are additionally encrypted on the server with AES-256-GCM and can be decrypted for account functions. Login passwords are hashed with Argon2id. Connections use HTTPS.
Keep your diary password and printed recovery code safe. If you lose both, encrypted entries cannot be recovered. Account access alone cannot decrypt the diary. Protect exported files and printouts yourself. Optional browser speech recognition may process audio with the browser provider.

KimDiaryPain does not diagnose conditions or recommend treatment. The menstruation diary is a separate add-on.
A recovery code you can print
When you set up your diary, print the recovery code generated on your device and keep it privately. It can unlock existing encrypted entries if you forget your diary password; access to your account is still required. If both the diary password and the code are lost, the entries cannot be recovered. The code is never sent to the server. Existing users can create one after unlocking their diary.
Optional menstruation diary
The €49 licence covers the pain diary. The separate menstruation module costs €9.99 once for dated bleeding, pain, symptoms and notes, plus print and export. Premium costs €19.99 once and adds JSON import; an existing Standard licence can be upgraded for €10. Module updates are included. These add-ons are not required for the pain diary.
