Payment via the Shop
During the checkout process, the payment methods actually available for your order—based on your country, device, and currency—will be displayed. Mollie processes supported card payments, Apple Pay (on compatible devices), and, where offered, bank transfers. Direct transfers or other payment methods available in the shop may also be shown. Please follow the instructions for your chosen method; a transfer that has not yet been completed does not count as a successful payment.
Mollie is a regulated payment service provider. Card details are processed exclusively through Mollie’s secure payment system; they are never requested via email. Please refer to Mollie’s privacy policy for further details. If PayPal is offered for a purchase in the shop, PayPal’s separate payment and privacy terms apply. The availability of a payment provider does not guarantee that your bank will actually approve a specific transaction.
Total Amounts and Confirmation
Prices and total amounts are stated in EUR. Applicable taxes and shipping costs are displayed before the final order confirmation. There are no hidden fees charged after the checkout process is complete. Access to services or the shipment of goods is not triggered simply by reaching the “Thank you” page; instead, the payment status is confirmed via the respective payment provider’s interface.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued using the original payment method. We will never ask you to provide card numbers, online banking passwords, or authentication codes in order to receive a refund. VAT and gross prices
Hardware, software, licences and digital products: displayed amounts are gross consumer prices including any legally applicable VAT.
Qualifying photovoltaic supplies under German VAT law are subject to the zero rate under UStG § 12(3). Eligibility depends in particular on the product, plant operator, use and VAT place of supply. The German rule does not automatically apply to deliveries to other countries.
Qualifying supplies may include complete PV sets with associated ancillary supplies and later deliveries of essential PV components, their spare parts and suitable storage for a qualifying installation. Ordinary screws, nails or general-purpose cables supplied separately do not automatically qualify.
Eligibility is checked for the individual order; a buyer declaration about the operator and installation may be required. Non-qualifying supplies are subject to the applicable VAT. A binding quotation states the appropriate treatment.
