PLATINIUM SIA provides a private hosted WireGuard network for up to three of your own devices, configuration delivery, account management, gateway monitoring and email support. No guaranteed 24/7 support, response time or availability SLA is included.
7-day free trial
One trial per account, starting when you explicitly activate it in the Connect account. No payment details are needed and no paid subscription is created. Free VPN access stops after seven days. Starting a paid plan is a separate action requiring explicit payment approval.
Optional monthly subscription
€4.99 per month, no setup fee. Only after you separately order and approve the paid plan in the shop does Mollie process €4.99 automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel in your Connect account; access continues until the end of the paid period. No access is extended without a valid payment. Recurring card payment is processed through the shop and Mollie. A pending or failed payment does not extend access.
Requirements
Use an official WireGuard client, an Internet connection and UDP access to the gateway. Install configurations only on devices you own or are authorised to manage. One configuration per device, maximum three registered devices. SSH and RDP require their own setup and login credentials. No Internet-exit, public IP per device or subnet routing is included. Contact support before setup if your network already uses 10.77.0.0/24.
Data and encryption
Account, contact and billing data and Mollie customer, mandate, subscription and transaction identifiers are processed for service and payment administration. Technical data includes public VPN keys, configuration generations, handshakes and gateway status. Client configurations are stored encrypted in the customer portal; the operator can technically decrypt them for delivery. The gateway terminates and forwards individual VPN tunnels. This is not additional end-to-end encryption between devices; use SSH, HTTPS or RDP with TLS for confidential applications. The gateway does not require Windows passwords. No traffic-content capture is configured by this service; this is not a zero-metadata or audited no-logs claim.
Hosting and retention
The service uses the existing PLATINIUM/PinLivo VPS and shop infrastructure. No exclusively European hosting location is guaranteed; the physical data-centre location has not been contractually verified for this offer. Expired VPN access is stopped. Expired tenant state and protected configuration delivery data are cleaned up after 30 days. Billing records and ordinary host security logs follow their separate retention requirements.
Rights and contact
Applicable consumer rights, including any right of withdrawal, remain unaffected. Starting the trial does not itself waive a right of withdrawal.
