Payment through the shop
The checkout shows the payment methods actually available for your order, country, device and currency. Mollie processes supported card payments, Apple Pay on eligible devices and bank-transfer payments where offered. Direct bank transfer and other existing shop methods may also be displayed. Follow the instructions for the method you choose; a pending transfer is not a completed payment.
Mollie is a regulated payment service provider. Card credentials are handled through its payment flow, not requested by email. See Mollie’s privacy statement. If PayPal is offered for another shop purchase, its separate payment and privacy terms apply. A provider being offered is not a guarantee that your bank will approve a particular payment.
Totals and confirmation
Prices and payment totals are in EUR. Applicable taxes and delivery charges appear before the final order confirmation. We do not add undisclosed fees after checkout. Access or dispatch is not authorised merely by returning to a thank-you page; payment status is confirmed through the payment-provider integration.
Platinium Connect
The seven-day trial requires no payment details and ends automatically without a charge. The optional €4.99 monthly plan requires a separate paid order and express agreement to recurring payment. Supported recurring methods are shown in checkout; a one-off bank transfer cannot silently become a recurring mandate. Cancel through your Connect account to stop future renewals; already paid access continues until its period ends.
Refunds
Approved refunds normally return through the original payment method. We do not ask you to send card numbers, online-banking passwords or authentication codes to obtain a refund. Statutory rights and refund timing are explained in Returns & Withdrawal.
