1. Scope and product information
These terms apply to purchases from shop.platinium.tech. The product description, selected configuration, licence scope, duration and total displayed at checkout form part of your order. Hardware, software licences and hosted services have different delivery requirements. Product-specific terms supplement these terms; mandatory consumer rights take precedence.
2. Ordering and contract confirmation
You can review products, quantities, delivery details and the total before placing an order. Submitting the final payment order creates an obligation to pay. An automated order-receipt message acknowledges receipt; we accept the order by a separate acceptance confirmation, dispatch or supply of the ordered service. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we inform you and reimburse any payment taken. You can contact us to correct an input error before acceptance.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros. The applicable tax amount, delivery charge and final total are shown before you confirm payment. We do not charge an undisclosed payment surcharge. See payment information for the methods available for the particular order. A pending, failed or cancelled payment does not count as a confirmed payment. High-value orders may require an availability and delivery check; this does not remove your rights to a refund if we cannot fulfil the order.
4. Delivery and digital access
See shipping and delivery. Digital products are supplied through the account, download or activation route described for the product. You must have the stated compatible device and software. A physical computer does not include an operating system, SSD or other component unless that component is expressly included in its product description. We do not substitute a materially different configuration without your agreement.
5. Trials, subscriptions and cancellation
A free trial does not by itself create a paid subscription or authorise a charge. A recurring plan requires a separate, explicit paid order, which states the price, interval and cancellation method before payment. Platinium Connect has a seven-day free trial for three devices; an optional paid monthly plan is €4.99. You can cancel a paid Connect subscription through your Connect account; access continues to the end of the paid period. Other products follow their stated duration. A lifetime software licence is not a monthly subscription; included updates follow the product description.
6. Withdrawal, returns and defects
Consumers have the statutory right of withdrawal described on Returns & Withdrawal. Trials do not replace that right. Activation or download does not by itself waive it. No blanket exclusion applies to software, discounted products or standard preconfigured computers. Any lawful exception must apply to the specific order and be explained before purchase. Statutory remedies for faulty or misdescribed goods and digital products remain available; a commercial warranty does not replace them.
7. Complaints and governing law
Contact info@platinium.tech with the order number and a description of the issue. We consider consumer complaints under the applicable statutory process and provide a reasoned response. Latvian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. These terms do not impose an exclusive foreign court on consumers. You may contact the Latvian Consumer Rights Protection Centre at ptac.gov.lv or your European Consumer Centre. The former EU online dispute-resolution platform is not presented as an available complaint service.
8. Privacy and contract records
Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Contract information is retained with the order and supplied with the customer order confirmation. You may save or print these terms. Version: 23 October 2026.
