Your 14-day right of withdrawal
If you buy as a consumer, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period starts when you or your nominated recipient other than the carrier receives the goods; for separately delivered goods in one order, it starts with the last delivery. For services and digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, it starts when the contract is concluded.
Tell SIA Platinium clearly that you withdraw: by email to info@platinium.tech, by post to the registered office above, or using the online function below. Sending your notice before the period ends is sufficient. You do not need our prior approval or a return authorisation to exercise the right.

Refunds and returning goods
We reimburse payments received for the withdrawn purchase, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, within 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. Additional express-delivery costs are not reimbursed. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods arrive or you provide evidence of return, whichever occurs first.
Return goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for the appropriate parcel-return routing; this does not delay or restrict a timely withdrawal notice. You bear the direct return cost unless we agreed to pay it or the law requires otherwise. If an item cannot normally be returned by post, we must disclose its return cost or a reasonable estimate before purchase; otherwise we bear that cost. We bear the necessary return cost for defective goods. You may inspect goods as you could in a shop; you are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful, not a condition for statutory withdrawal.
Services and digital products
If you expressly request a service to start during the withdrawal period and then withdraw, a proportionate charge for the service actually supplied may apply only where the legal information and consent requirements were met. Fully performed services and immediately supplied digital content have specific statutory exceptions requiring prior express consent and acknowledgement. Merely downloading, activating, paying or starting a trial is not a blanket waiver. Without a valid applicable exception, the statutory right remains.
Standard preconfigured computers are not automatically personalised goods. An exception for clearly personalised goods applies only where the statutory conditions are met and the exception was explained before ordering. These rules do not limit your rights concerning defective goods, digital content or services.
